It can be easy to add the product review feed on your website. Once you're done, Google will verify that the reviews follow their guidelines. Then, they will upload them to your Google Product Reviewsfeed.

Google will first review your product reviews feed once they have received it. Then, the data quality and policy specialists at Google will inspect it before it's made public to buyers via Google Shopping.
Overview of Google Product Reviews
Google Product Reviews Feed is an easy-to-use and free tool that helps retailers distribute and manage product reviews across their website. This allows them to create and upload a feed that includes customer feedback, product ratings, and reviews.
It can be created using the Google Product Reviews Schema file or an XML. Once you've created a custom Google Product Reviews Schema, you can use FTP to submit it to Google.
Google Product Ratings
Reviews submitted through Google Product Reviews Feed need to be high quality, relevant and of high quality. They should be long and contain good photos.
Your reviews must not contain any unauthorized or offensive material and they should not infringe anyone's intellectual property. Reviews that are low quality or offensive may be removed. You might also be barred from adding more reviews.

It's a smart idea to include the Global Trade ID Number (GTIN), if you sell clothes. Google shoppers can find your products much easier by locating GTINs on the product page. Also, make sure to include your brand name along with MPNs so that your product listing can be standardized.
